Return Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@kenzzi.tn within 7 days of receipt of your product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your product.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
